Walter Maas to Moderate ACG Panel “Insights into Private Equity”

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]On Wednesday, January 20, the Seattle chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) will host its first event of 2016: “Insights into Private Equity.” This panel discussion will feature investment bankers, private equity professionals and deal lawyers as they discuss private equity investments, the current state of the Mergers & Acquisitions market, and the prospects for deal activity in 2016.

Walt Maas, KTC Shareholder and Chair of the Business and Finance Department, will moderate this discussion. Matt Greeson of Greene Holcomb Fisher, Noel de Turenne of Montlake Capital, Brian McGuigan of Laird Norton Company, and Dale Cheney of Opus Equity Partners will serve on the panel.
