Paul Richard Brown to speak at KCBA CLE on Advanced Bankruptcy
Karr Tuttle Campbell shareholder Paul Richard Brown will be a speaker at the “Advanced Bankruptcy: Navigating Complex Bankruptcy Issues” seminar on January 22, 2014. The CLE seminar will be hosted by the King County Bar Association.
Mr. Brown’s presentation, “Effective Planning for International Asset Recovery: How to Overcome the Asset Protection Obstacles,” will guide attendees through an asset recovery scenario, outlining steps and possibilities for asset recovery on an international scale. Joining Mr. Brown will be Rick Rein of the law firm Horwood Marcus & Berk in Chicago, and Eugene Becker of Becker Law in New York.
This seminar will be helpful for anyone who may tackle bankruptcy issues, including attorneys, paralegals, presidents, vice presidents, credit and collections managers, loan officers, loan department personnel, branch managers, real estate professionals, controllers and accountants.
