Jacquelyn Beatty to Speak at ACI’s 27th National Advanced Forum on Bad Faith Litigation

Karr Tuttle Campbell shareholder Jacquelyn Beatty will be in Philadelphia this March to speak at the American Conference Institute’s 27th National Advanced Forum on Bad Faith Litigation. Ms. Beatty will co-present “Year in Review and Issues on the Horizon in the Bad Faith Context: Inside the Year’s Top Cases and How They Will Dictate the Future, New Risks, Recent Trends and What to Expect for the Second Half of 2014.” This presentation will offer an in-depth examination of bad faith litigation cases over the past year and discuss their implications for future cases. Robert Darroch, Esq. of Goodman McGuffey Lindsey & Johnson, LLP, will join Ms. Beatty in presenting.

Ms. Beatty’s practice exclusively involves commercial civil litigation, particularly insurance coverage and bad faith. She has earned the professional insurance designations of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM). She also earned her Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) designation in October 2012. Ms. Beatty has been invited to speak at many Bad Faith Insurance conferences over the course of her career.
