Stephen S. McKay Joins Karr Tuttle Campbell

The Law Firm of Karr Tuttle Campbell is pleased to announce that Stephen S. McKay has rejoined our firm.  Mr. McKay focuses his practice in business and real estate transactions.  He also assists small public companies with Exchange Act compliance and reporting.  He has aided both closely held and public companies in a wide range of matters.  Mr. McKay worked with Karr Tuttle Campbell as a summer associate and as an Associate attorney from 2009 until 2012.  Prior to rejoining Karr Tuttle Campbell, Mr. McKay worked with the firm of Garvey, Schubert & Barer in their Business, Corporate Finance, and Tax department.

Mr. McKay obtained his J.D. with honors from the University of Texas at Austin.  He did his undergraduate work at the University of Washington, where he majored in Philosophy and Political Science.
