Sara J. Gangel Joins Karr Tuttle Campbell

August 2012 – The law firm of Karr Tuttle Campbell is pleased to announce that Sara J. Gangel has joined the firm as an associate in the Business and Finance Department where her practice will include mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital, equity and debt capital markets.

Ms. Gangel comes to Karr Tuttle Campbell from the Colorado office of the international law firm Hogan Lovells US LLP. A graduate of the University of  Iowa College of Law, she has extensive experience representing public and private companies and private equity groups in a full range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions,  debt and equity offerings, and public company compliance matters.

Ms. Gangel was recognized in Super Lawyers as a Colorado Rising Star in 2012.
