Court Appoints Receiver with Karr Tuttle as Counsel

Citing Karr Tuttle Campbell’s extensive experience in receiverships, the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) has appointed the Seattle law firm to represent Orse & Co., a workout company the state has selected to take over Hartman Escrow, a troubled Tukwila company seized by the state this summer.  The state agency’s announcement specifically names attorney Diana K. Carey, chair of Karr Tuttle’s creditors’ rights and insolvency practice group, and refers to her work in earlier high-profile insolvency matters. The DFI announcement with links to related documents can be viewed here on DFI website.
