Sara Gangel Moderates Mergers & Acquisitions Panel at the ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting

Karr Tuttle Campbell Shareholder Sara Gangel moderated the panel “Roadmap of an M&A Transaction” at the spring meeting for the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section. Three attorneys acted as panelists: Stephanie Lee of McCarthy Tétrault, Pamela Millard of Potter Anderson, and Sean Odendahl of Bryan Cave.

Ms. Gangel’s practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, but she also aids clients in matters such as corporate governance, finance, private equity, venture capital, capital markets and healthcare. She has represented clients in multiple industries including aerospace, technology, mining, and healthcare. Ms. Gangel was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2012 and for the past two years.

Ms. Gangel’s panel is one of a six-course track for the Business Law Section’s Young Lawyer Committee. The track, which is new this year, consists of programming specifically curated for young lawyers. To learn more about the ABA Business Law Section, click here.
