Nathaniel S. Strauss has joined the firm as an associate
Karr Tuttle Campbell is pleased to announce that Nathaniel S. Strauss has joined the firm as an associate.
Mr. Strauss graduated with Honors from the University of Washington School of Law, where he served as articles editor for the Washington Law Review and president of the Technology Law Society. In 2009 he served as judicial extern in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, for the Chief Judge Robert S. Lasnik. Mr. Strauss also worked as a law clerk for the Washington State Office of the Attorney General. Mr. Strauss earned his undergraduate degree in biochemistry, graduating from Columbia University.
Mr. Strauss works in the firm’s litigation department. His primary interests and experience lie in technology and information law.
Before going to law school, Mr. Strauss had a successful nine-year career in biotechnology and software engineering. He is an author of “Initial Sequencing and Analysis of the Human Genome,” the landmark 2001 article in the journal Nature, announcing the results of the Human Genome Project.
