Medora Marisseau to Speak on ERISA Litigation

Shareholder Medora Marisseau will participate as a panelist in the CLE webinar “ERISA Denial of Benefits Litigation: Avoiding Procedural and Substantive Landmines.” This webinar will be held live on May 5 at 10:00am PDT. It will provide counsel with best practices for defending benefit denial litigation, offering guidance to navigating key issues, including discovery practices, standards of review, deference accorded to the administrator’s decision, attorneys’ fees and preemption. The panel will also discuss key case law developments in benefits litigation.
