Medora Marisseau Participates in NASP Annual Conference

Karr Tuttle Campbell Attorney Medora Marisseau participated as a panelist at the annual conference for the National Association of Settlement Purchasers in San Antonio on November 5. She was a member on the Primary Market Panel along with Mark Wahlstrom of Wahlstrom & Associates and Daniel Durbin of Allstate Life Insurance Company.

The mission of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers is to ensure the secondary market for structured settlement transfers remains fair, competitive and transparent. Their 2014 Annual Conference included presentations on litigation, ethics, the integration of primary and secondary markets, and drafting transfer agreements among other topics. Ms. Marisseau is a Shareholder in the Labor & Employment Department at Karr Tuttle Campbell.
