KTC to Host Seminar “The Latest HR Challenge: Coordinating the new WA State Paid Sick Leave Law with Local Leave Laws…”
The new Washington State paid sick leave law will go into effect January 1, and employers need to know how to comply and ensure their policies coordinate with local paid sick leave laws, attendance policies and other forms of protected leave.

On the morning of July 26th, KTC’s employment attorney Medora Marisseau will provide additional details on the upcoming changes to the state law, tips to coordinate with city paid leave laws and other leave, as well as a discussion of the brand new Washington paid family and medical leave law.
