KTC School Client Workshop Series Begins October 20, 2017
KTC’s school attorneys Tracy Miller and Celeste Monroe will debut their 2017-2018 school workshop series this October 20 with “Managing Employee Performance: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.” These exclusive KTC client workshops will include an 80-minute topic-specific presentation, followed by four hands-on hypothetical scenarios and group debriefs.
The first session of these workshops will answer the questions:
- How do you know if the people you’ve hired are meeting your school’s expectations?
- How do you help under-performing employees improve or know when it’s time to part ways?
- And how do you make defensible discharge decisions?
Join us for a detailed workshop on managing employee performance issues, from evaluations to performance improvement plans and discharge. We’ll set the groundwork for you to make informed decisions and provide some real-life scenarios for you to practice what you learn. Continental breakfast will be provided.
