KTC to Host Workplace Investigation Seminar with Kathy Feldman

Workplace investigations can get complicated – from figuring out if a particular situation warrants an investigation to questioning if you are documenting it correctly when it does. For KTC’s September seminar, employment attorney Kathy Feldman will guide employers through how to conduct thorough and effective workplace investigations when employee misconduct occurs. Ms. Feldman will share her insight on what types of situations require an investigation, best practices, proper documentation, mistakes to avoid, as well as attorney-client privilege and credibility analysis.
