Kirsten Ambach to Speak on Probate Law for the National Business Institute
Kirsten Ambach, a Shareholder in Karr Tuttle Campbell’s Tax, Trusts and Estates department, will speak at the National Business Institute’s Seminar, “The Probate Process from Start to Finish” on May 5. Her presentation will focus on Inventory and Appraisement, including marshalling the decedent’s assets, the distinction between probate property and non-probate assets, and managing the decedent’s assets, among other issues.
