KTC Shareholder Jacquelyn Beatty will be in New York City this June to participate in two conferences put on by the American Conference Institute (“ACI”).
The first, “Extra-Contractual & Bad Faith Liability” will be held June 2-3. Ms. Beatty will participate in the presentation “State of the Market for High-Profile Bad Faith Cases and High-Dollar Verdicts Across the Country: Hotbed States Including Missouri, Washington, Florida, South Carolina, Georgia; Key Filing Trends and Rulings; Unfair Trade Practices, Fair Conduct and RICO Developments; and Latest Nuances in Statutory and Punitive Damages.”
The second, “Insurance Allocation,” will be held June 23-24. Ms. Beatty will co-present “Transition to Umbrella and Excess Coverage: Primary Coverage Exhaustion, Exhaustion of Policy Limits, Horizontal Exhaustion, Duty to Defend and Zieg/Qualcomm, and Exhausting SIR/Deductibles.”
