Overview
Nancy is a business and finance paralegal with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions.
She has extensive experience in the legal industry. Most of her paralegal work involves business transactions and security offerings, but she also has significant experience with regulatory and licensing issues relating to the food and beverage industry. She has a wide-ranging background working all sides of various deals. Prior to joining KTC, Nancy worked in a venture capital firm and was also in-house at a local startup company.
Nancy received her B.A. from the University of Washington. She also holds a Master of Fine Arts from Bennington College in Bennington, Vermont.
Outside of the office, Nancy enjoys Fantasy Football, binge watching true crime shows, spending time with her rescue cats, and getting lost in her library of books.
