Overview
Mitch Cory’s practice focuses on estate planning and trusts. This includes administration of probates and trusts, as well as representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries. Mitch has experience handling the full spectrum of probates, from the initial step of filing a petition to closing the estate.
Prior to joining Karr Tuttle Campbell, Mitch practiced with another area law firm with an elder law focus. He also worked as an Assistant Attorney General in Yakima, Washington.
Personal
When not at the office, Mitch enjoys spending time biking – including commuting to the office – and exploring the backcountry of the Pacific Northwest.
