Overview
Marybeth’s practice focuses on business transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She is a recent graduate of Seattle University School of Law.
During law school, Marybeth served as the Executive Business and Marketing Editor for Seattle University Law Review and as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Board member. She externed for Justice Charles Johnson at the Washington State Supreme Court.
Prior to law school, Marybeth worked as a paralegal for six years having received her paralegal certificate from Louisiana State University. She is a native Californian who moved to Seattle in 2016.

In her spare time, Marybeth enjoys traveling, eating vegetables, attending workout classes, scuba diving, and watching LSU football.
