Overview
Johanna Coolbaugh’s practice focuses on estate planning for a broad range of clients, from young professionals to high-net-worth individuals and families who need sophisticated estate and business succession planning. Johanna has significant experience in probate and post-mortem trust administration in taxable estates.
In addition to her probate and estate planning practice, Johanna advises individual and professional fiduciaries in their roles as trustees, executors, and attorneys-in-fact regarding TEDRA matters as well as complex trust and estate litigation. Johanna also counsels clients regarding prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Personal
Outside of the office Johanna enjoys attending Husky football games, camping, and spending time with her young children and husband. Johanna is passionate about environmental justice and is a former volunteer board member with EarthCorps.
