Overview

Johanna Coolbaugh’s practice focuses on estate planning for a broad range of clients, from young professionals to high-net-worth individuals and families who need sophisticated estate and business succession planning. Johanna has significant experience in probate and post-mortem trust administration in taxable estates.

In addition to her probate and estate planning practice, Johanna advises individual and professional fiduciaries in their roles as trustees, executors, and attorneys-in-fact regarding TEDRA matters as well as complex trust and estate litigation. Johanna also counsels clients regarding prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
