Overview
Cristina has extensive experience as a trust and estate planning paralegal. She manages probate and trust administration matters from the initial client interviews to termination and/or distribution of trust assets. Her work in this area includes preparation of court documents, inventory and valuation of assets, preparation of U.S. Estate Tax Returns, allocation of assets to sub-trusts, formal court accountings, and deeds of distribution.
Cristina received her B.A. from Scripps College in Claremont, California. She began her paralegal career in Palo Alto over forty years ago.
Cristina is retiring at the end of 2023 and looking forward to learning Portuguese and Italian, traveling, and enjoying family time. Her time and devotion to KTC and the firm’s client base has been invaluable. She will be greatly missed.
