Overview
Carol is a corporate paralegal with extensive experience supporting the firm’s business attorneys. She assists with a wide range of business procedures including business formations and maintenance, initial IRS entity filings, UCC filings, real estate document preparation and recordings, transactional activities, due diligence, and closing of related files.
Carol received her paralegal certificate from the University of Puget Sound and has worked in the legal field as a secretary/paralegal (hybrid) for over thirty years.
Outside of the office, Carol enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dogs, hiking and yoga.
