Overview
Barbara Brady focuses her practice on litigation with an emphasis on insurance coverage disputes and bad faith, particularly those involving defective construction. She has handled a broad range of cases, including personal injury, property damage and product liability.
Barbara is actively involved in the Washington State Bar Association. For a number of years, she served on the King County Bar Association’s Judicial Evaluation Committee, which screens and evaluates candidates and nominees for judicial positions. Barbara is a long-time volunteer for the Seattle Emergency Housing Shelter Legal Services Program, which is designed to provide access to justice for low-income citizens. She served for five years as an officer in Lawyers Helping Hungry Children, a non-profit organization designed to raise funds to feed children of low-income families.
