Andy Liese’s practice primarily focuses on business transactions with an emphasis in in bankruptcy and emerging businesses. He has experience in various aspects of technological development, data compliance, and regulations.
Before joining KTC, Andy served as in-house Product Regulatory Counsel for Flexport and as a licensing attorney for Microsoft.
