Nathan T. Paine and Byron P. Stevens Join Karr Tuttle Campbell
We are pleased to announce that Nathan T. Paine and Byron P. Stevens have joined Karr Tuttle Campbell.
Nathan Paine joins our Litigation Department with extensive experience in commercial and intellectual property litigation matters. His work often involves infringement of design and utility of software and other patents, trademark and copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation. Mr. Paine’s litigation practice has also included complex cases regarding breach of contract, securities, defamation, probate litigation, and tort liability. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Boalt Hall School of Law at UC Berkeley. Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Paine was the head chef of a traditional Japanese restaurant in Kyoto, Japan and speaks the language fluently.
Byron Stevens joins KTC’s Business and Finance practice group as its newest associate. He earned his Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law, where he served as an editor for both the Chicana/o-Latina/o Law Review and National Black Law Journal. Byron previously earned his Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from Arizona State University. While in Arizona, he taught 7th-12th grade math and served as both a coach and athletic director through Teach For America.
