Kirsten Ambach to Speak at NBI Seminar on Revocable Living Trusts

Karr Tuttle Campbell Shareholder Kirsten Ambach will be presenting at the National Business Institute’s (NBI) seminar “Revocable Living Trusts from Start to Finish”. This seminar is aimed at educating estate and financial planning professionals on the use of revocable living trusts (RLT) in an estate plan. It will focus on the most effective uses of RLTs and mistakes to avoid during drafting and administration.

Ms. Ambach will first present on RLT Trust structures, describing planning for the disabled beneficiary and asset protection trusts among others. She will then speak on spendthrift and discretionary trusts, pointing out drafting tips and mistakes of which planning professionals should be mindful.

Ms. Ambach focuses her practice on estate planning, business succession, and trust and estate administration. She counsels clients on all facets of a sophisticated estate plan and advises owners of closely-held businesses on formation, transfer and succession plans.
