John E. Poffenbarger Joins Karr Tuttle Campbell as Shareholder

Karr Tuttle Campbell is pleased to announce that John E. Poffenbarger, formerly a partner with the Seattle office of Stoel Rives, has joined Karr Tuttle Campbell’s Trusts and Estates Department as a shareholder.

Mr. Poffenbarger focuses his practice on estate planning and business planning for privately held companies. He is experienced in the areas of wills and trusts, planning and formation of limited liability companies, estate administration, and advanced estate planning strategies. In  addition to these areas, he also handles business sales and  acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and business succession   planning. John has been named one of Washington’s best lawyers by Washington Law & Politics on multiple occasions.

Mr. Poffenbarger graduated from the University of Washington School of Law (J.D., 1987), and the University of Oregon (B.S., cum laude, 1984).
