Diana Carey to Speak at WSBA Annual Real Estate Spring Update CLE

Karr Tuttle Campbell Shareholder Diana Carey will be speaking at the Annual Real Estate Spring Update CLE on April 17. The program is put on by the Washington State Bar Association in partnership with the WSBA Real Property Probate and Trust Section.

Ms. Carey will be speaking on “Real Estate Transactions in Bankruptcy and Receivership.” Her presentation will include information on buying and selling real estate from insolvent estates, tips for brokers and professionals, and basic leasing issues. Ms. Carey is a board member at Karr Tuttle Campbell and currently chairs the firm’s Creditors’ Rights and Insolvency Practice Group.
