Diana Carey to Serve as Panelist at Chapter 11 Debtors Seminar

Diana K. Carey, Karr Tuttle Campbell Attorney and Board Member, will be speaking on June 24, 2014, at “Nuts and Bolts of Representing Chapter 11 Debtors,” hosted by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of Western Washington in association with the Federal Bar Association. Specifically designed for attorneys who represent Chapter 11 debtors, this seminar focuses on the basics of representing these debtors in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Ms. Carey is chairing and will be participating in the panel on Case Administration. This panel will provide information on Cash Collateral, Billing, Fee Applications, Monthly Reports, Exclusivity, Assumption and Rejection of Leases and Executory Contracts, Abandonment, and Relief from Stay. The seminar also includes panels on filing, preparation and initiation of cases as well as completing the case. The seminar will close with a Judges’ Panel and a Reception.
