KTC Seminar: Could You Be Held Personally Liable for Employment Claims?

This November KTC’s Employment Department returns with another informative breakfast seminar, “Could You be Held Personally Liable for Employment Claims?” discussing the topic of employment claims filed directly against managers and supervisors. There are a wide variety of claims that an employee may bring against an employer, including claims for unlawful harassment, unpaid wages, and the failure to provide certain statutory benefits, to name a few. Sometimes these claims also are asserted against HR professionals, executive staff, and board members individually. KTC’s employment attorney Rick Omata will lead an informative discussion on November 7th regarding these claims. Spots are going fast, so be sure to register soon!
