Chris Brown to Speak at WSBA Business Law CLE

Karr Tuttle Campbell Shareholder Chris Brown will speak about these changes on January 12 as part of the WSBA Business Law Section CLE “The ‘Hub Bill’ – How it Changes Things for Business Lawyers and Paralegals.” Washington Secretary of State Pamela Floyd and John Reed of Davis Wright Tremaine will join Mr. Brown as faculty for this presentation. Chris Brown’s practice focuses on tax law, counseling businesses on various tax aspects of the Washington State Excise Tax, mergers & acquisitions, closely held businesses, and debt and equity instruments.
