Robert A. Radcliffe is a shareholder with Karr Tuttle Campbell. Since joining the firm, he has concentrated his practice in commercial and tort litigation, including complex insurance coverage, construction, and intellectual property matters.

His experience in insurance includes commercial and personal property and liability insurance, related contractual indemnity disputes, Washington State risk pool law, and federal Liability Risk Retention Act matters. His intellectual property experience includes trademark and copyright litigation, as well as federal trademark registration matters in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

While in law school, he served as a law clerk in the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, University of Washington Division, and as an extern for The Honorable John Coughenour, United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
