Overview
Elias Aranda focuses his practice on litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property. He is a recent graduate of the UCLA School of Law.
Elias’ practice encompasses a full range of IP issues. His experience includes counseling, strategizing, problem-solving, contract drafting, copyright and trademark registrations, and all other skills necessary to assert and protect clients’ intellectual property rights, no matter the form.
While in law school, Elias was actively involved in UCLA Law’s Ziffren Institute of Media, Entertainment, Technology and Sports Law. As part of the Talent and Brand Partnerships clinic, he provided legal aid to UCLA athletes licensing their Name, Image, and Likeness.
Prior to college and law school, Elias served four years in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman.
Personal
Outside the office, Elias enjoys reading and drawing, and is passionate about wildlife and animal conservation.
