Kelly H. Huo’s practice focuses on real estate, corporate and municipal law matters.  She has extensive experience in all phases of residential and commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.  Kelly also has worked closely with municipalities, advising them on legal matters relating to daily operations.

Prior to joining KTC, Kelly handled real estate enforcement, ordinance and contracts for government entities and agencies.  She also worked with a local developer of residential and commercial properties, negotiating and drafting financing and business agreements, as well as working on entitlement issues.
