Chris also has several years of experience in bankruptcy and receiverships work.

Christian Weinmann’s practice focuses on corporate law and finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and the formation and capitalization of venture capital, buy out, real estate and other investment funds. Chris also has several years of experience in bankruptcy and receiverships work.

Prior to law school, with his B.S. in biochemistry, Chris worked in the field of genomics. Chris coordinates the Downtown Debt Clinic, the largest of the King County Bar Association legal aid clinics.
