Directions and Parking

 

Karr Tuttle Campbell is located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Our main reception desk is located on the 29th floor of the 1201 Third Avenue Building which is on 3rd Avenue, between University Street and Seneca Street.

From Seatac Airport

Exit the airport and take State Route 518 to Interstate 5 north. Traveling northbound on Interstate 5, take the Seneca Street exit. Continue down Seneca Street for three blocks. The building is between 3rd and 2nd Avenues on the right. The entrance to the parking garage is also on the right.

From north of Seattle

Traveling southbound on Interstate 5, take the Union Street exit. Remain on Union Street as it heads west, toward Puget Sound. Turn left onto 3rd Avenue. Continue on 3rd Avenue for two blocks; the building is on your right, between University Street and Seneca Street. Turn right on Seneca Street and enter the parking garage on the right.

 

From south of Seattle

Traveling northbound on Interstate 5, take the Seneca Street exit. Continue on Seneca for three blocks. The entrance to the parking garage is on the right between 3rd and 2nd Avenues.

From east of Seattle

Take Interstate 90 west to Interstate 5 north. Take the Madison Street exit from I-5. Turn left on Madison Street, heading toward Puget Sound. Continue on Madison Street to 4th Avenue, where you will take a right. Continue for two blocks; turn left onto Seneca Street. The entrance to the parking garage is on the right between 3rd and 2nd Avenues.

Parking Information

The most convenient parking for visitors coming to our office is in the 1201 Third Avenue Building's underground parking garage.  There are, however, several other parking garages in the vicinity. Curbside parking in downtown Seattle is not reliably available on a typical business day. Mass Transit Information

King County Metro, Community Transit, and Sound Transit public transit buses serve the downtown area from convenient locations all over King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties.
