Andrew Liese joined Karr Tuttle Campbell as an associate in the firm’s Employment Relations Department. His practice focuses on labor and employment and school matters. He is active in the Washington State and King County Bar Associations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Liese served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Richard C. Tallman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and as an intern for Division Three of the Washington State Court of Appeals in Spokane. Mr. Liese also interned for the Consumer Protection Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office in Seattle, assisting members of the community in understanding their rights under Washington’s Consumer Protection Act.
Mr. Liese graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Political Science. He received his law degree Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review and published an article advocating for the rights of the homeless. He was also an active member of the Environmental Law Society at Vanderbilt.
