Robert A. Radcliffe is a graduate of Antioch College (B.A. 1985) and the University of Washington (J.D. with honors 1989, Washington Law Review 1988-1989). Mr. Radcliffe focuses his practice on general civil litigation, including insurance coverage, commercial, construction, personal injury and product liability cases.
Mr. Radcliffe represents businesses, organizations and individuals in a wide variety of trial and appellate litigation in federal and state courts. He has been admitted to practice in Washington state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Radcliffe is a member of the American Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, and the King County Bar Association. He is also active in the Seattle Emergency Housing Services, Pro Bono Representation.
Mr. Radcliffe has authored publications on litigation-related subjects, including When Should the Trier of Fact Determine the Validity of Personal Injury Releases (Washington Law Review); Federal Product Liability Legislation in 1990 (For the Defense), and Construction Defect Law in Washington and Related Coverage Issues (in-house client presentation). Mr. Radcliffe also has presented the Continuing Legal Education seminar Junk Science and Spoiled Evidence, and a seminar on insurance coverage for construction defect claims. |
