Patricia J. Parks
Of Counsel


Patricia J. Parks is a graduate of Stanford University (B.A. 1967, with honors in Humanities) and the University of Pennsylvania (J.D., 1970). The focus of her practice is employee benefits matters.

Ms. Parks counsels private and tax-exempt employers on tax qualified plan issues including profit sharing, 401(k), money purchase pension, defined benefit pension, employee stock ownership, cafeteria, 403(b), deferred compensation and executive supplemental retirement plans. She has taught the pension class at Seattle University School of Law. Ms. Parks is active in the American and Washington State Bar Associations, National Center for Employee Ownership, and Washington Women in Tax. She is a past board member of the Seattle Chapter of the Western Pension and Benefits Conference, and the Seattle Pension Roundtable.

Ms. Parks is recognized in the most recent edition of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who of American Women, and Who's Who in the West. She is a frequent speaker on tax-qualified plan issues.
