Michael M. Feinberg

Michael M. Feinberg is a graduate of Washington University (A.B., 1977) and Boston University (J.D., 1981). Mr. Feinberg has concentrated his practice in the areas of loan workouts, creditors' rights and bankruptcies. He also at times represents debtors' and creditors' committees in complex reorganizations and trustees in Chapter 7 liquidations.

Mr. Feinberg also has extensive experience in real estate foreclosures, maritime foreclosures and commercial litigation involving banking, including lender liability and commercial paper. He currently represents the special assets departments of several state and national banks as well as a number of small and medium size businesses in the Puget Sound area in connection with general commercial matters.

Mr. Feinberg is a member of the Washington State and King County Bar Associations as well as the Oregon State Bar Association. He has been a past Chair of the Washington University Alumni Association. Mr. Feinberg is a frequent speaker at seminars regarding workouts, collections, and bankruptcy.
