Kenneth E. Rekow

Kenneth E. Rekow is a graduate of St. Olaf College (B.A. 1957) and the University of Chicago Law School (J.D. 1964). Mr. Rekow focuses his practice on estate planning, administration of estates, inheritance tax, guardianships and trusts and independent investigation in employment areas. He serves as guardian ad litem for the Superior Court for King County. Mr. Rekow also has served as court appointed arbitrator for the Superior Court for King County and for the American Arbitration Association in the areas of employment law, probate and trust disputes, insurance misrepresentation, and general litigation.
Mr. Rekow has extensive experience in the labor and employment field, including wage and hour, discrimination, sexual harassment, employment security, industrial injury compensation and breach of employment contract issues.
Mr. Rekow is a frequent speaker at numerous seminars, is a past officer and trustee for the Washington Commission for the Humanities, and a past trustee for the Washington Endowment for the Humanities. He is a Past Chairperson of the King County Bar Labor Law Section and of the Pacific Coast Labor Law Conference.
