Barbara J. Brady

Barbara J. Brady is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D. 1990). She is a shareholder in the firm and concentrates her practice on litigation. Ms. Brady has handled a broad range of cases, including personal injury, property damage and product liability. Her practice currently focuses on insurance coverage disputes, particularly those involving defective construction.
Ms. Brady is actively involved in the Washington State Bar Association. She has served on the King County Bar Association's Judicial Evaluation Committee for a number of years, a committee that screens and evaluates candidates and nominees for judicial positions. Ms. Brady is a long-time volunteer for the Seattle Emergency Housing Shelter Legal Services Program, a program designed to provide access to justice for low-income citizens. Ms. Brady currently heads the program for the firm. Ms. Brady served for five years as an officer in Lawyers Helping Hungry Children, a non-profit organization designed to raise funds to feed children of low-income families. |
